Download Page proposed wrong mirror

When I download packages from https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/2024-09/R/eclipse-jee-2024-09-R-macosx-cocoa-aarch64.dmg

The page proposes me to download from the US (because thats "close to me" :

But I am located in Germany an my IP-Adresses location is "Frankfurt am Main" (according to https://www.iplocation.net/). So the US is not "close to me". I would have expected that some mirror in Germany or at least Europe should be chosen. I have to click "Select Another Mirror" and then a second time on "Show all". This is really well hidden.
