Re-introduce latest video fetching for the home page
In order to reduce security vulnerability risks, we stopped consuming the YouTube Data API from the client-side.
We currently have the latest video on the homepage hardcoded. After the holiday break, we plan to reintroduce the dynamic behaviour of fetching the latest ECD Tools video.
Considering the video release cadence (last one was July 31), I pressume this will have not any significant effect. We should be able to have this feature back before the next video gets published.
