Update ECDT Other Resources website

Hi, I would like to update the ECDT Other Resources website (https://ecdtools.eclipse.org/resources/other-resources/), in particular adding links that point to blog posts and videos of our website https://typefox.io/blog.

Eclipse Theia is already listed, Langium and Sprotty aren’t mentioned, yet. I would like to add those categories, too.

Is this the right place to do that? If so, I can provide you with titles, links etc. Please let me know what you need. I could also create a PR but I need more information on that.
