Project count inconsistent

Describe the bug The project count on the front page Highlights says 12 projects, but the Projects page lists 15.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://ecdtools.eclipse.org', and 'https://ecdtools.eclipse.org/projects/'.

Expected behavior 15=15. :) Just update the count on the main page.
