Update front page link and text re registration

We would like to change some text on the front page, and update the link and the button text in the header section. (We are no longer going to screen people before allowing them to register.)

Link and button text: Please change the button text to say "Register Now" and update the link to be https://eclipsecon.regfox.com/automotive-open-source-summit

Front page text: Please update the third and fourth paragraphs.

• In place of the text "request your spot today" please substitute "register today"

• In place of the text "The cost is 100 euros plus VAT, which will be charged during the registration process" please substitute "The cost is 100 euros plus VAT"
