Make sure that the forums link in the right hand nav bar is correct

Webmaster received a report that a user logged into accounts.eclipse.org and when they clicked on the 'forums' link in the right hand nav bar they were redirected to:

https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/e/

Which returns an 'invalid link page'.

Presumably they should be directed to https://www.eclipse.org/forums/ .

I'm not sure if this is a 'new account' issue or "something didn't respond in time"
