test: unskip members-list interest group tests

These tests never worked because they were incompatible with our mustache file loader. At the time, I had to skip them.

The mock data had also changed, which broke the tests even further.

Now that we updated the mustache file loader to something custom for our use cases, tests are working again. We can remove the skip.
