Move functionality of Participating Organizations widget to Members List

As a tech debt item we should move the functionality of participating organizations to members list.

Both widgets display members. The participating organizations widget was responsible for displaying active members of projects while the members list widget was responsible for interest groups and working groups.

These widgets should combine as they are both rendering the same data from the membership api. It is practically duplication.
