Standardize how we display members on our site

As for requirements:

1. Order of display. The order should be either random or alphabetical. i.e., the order currently used on the IDE WG is neither of these, so wouldn’t meet that requirement. My preference would be random to share prominence across the members, but that’s a personal preference.

2. Visibility. I think having all member logos visible should be a constraint (rather than having to scroll using a widget), again to be fair to all members.

3. Listing members by class of membership. I think this is optional. My recommendation is if there are fewer than 12-15 members, just listing the members is more effective; if there are more than 12-15 members, listing by class has value.

Please discuss any other requirements.
