Override default rss.xml template to allow us to set the author of each post

The problem was reported here: https://github.com/EclipseFdn/ecdtools.eclipse.org/issues/213

Hugo is using the site config to set the author field. This is fine as the default behavior, but we should update this template file to enable us to set an author per blog post since we might have different authors on the site.
