Events/Agenda component VOD link appears when there is no link

In updating OSDForums site (https://github.com/openhwgroup/osdforum.org/pull/98), it was discovered that VOD buttons appear in completed agendas with no VOD links. We should add a check that ensures there is a link before writing the button to the page.
