Suggestion - Add default descriptions to project teams linking to project

As we now support team descriptions in Github, we should consider adding descriptions that link back to the project for clarity and because the option is there and extremely easy to use. We could do something like the following:

The [committer/contributor/project lead] access team for the [project display name] ([project id]) project: [url of project]
