Switched to draft as I am waiting on the Steward member relation to be created, as well as some of the documents that are only on staging

@malowe You can link the WGPA as well. Sharon has provided it to us on the main issue. I'll include the WGPA in my patch for eclipse.org/org

We can't add the WGPA without a Foundation document in place, so that will have to wait for now. The PDF is nice, but without an actual document to sign in the database, it's meaningless

Approved; however, the charter page does not exist yet. I can let you know when it is on prod.

I was planning on pushing this to production once you merge the charter, so I think we're set!
