Add AnyWare to Leshan adopters

I added AnyWare to Leshan adopters.

This aims to provide PR for #193 (closed) (which was triggered by https://github.com/eclipse/leshan/pull/1409#issuecomment-1463834961

I used svg logo provided in #193 (closed) but the while one have a red point in white circle, so I updated the svg to be white only.

@debugger could you confirm its OK for you 🙏
