why white logos for adopter request?

Created by: joespeed

@eclipsewebmaster @ericpoirier @chrisguindon @fdesbiens Why is a white logo required for adopter requests? I don't see them being used. Requiring white transparent logo is an issue that is consistently tripping up adopters trying to show their support for Eclipse projects.

Can you change that policy? More urgently can you make an exception for LG? https://github.com/EclipseFdn/iot.eclipse.org/issues/552
