Use industry_collaborations instead of working_groups

Currently, the industry_collaborations and working_groups properties are duplicated in API. However, working_groups is now deprecated in favor of industry_collaborations.

Can we please update the code to ensure that we now look up the industry_collaborations property? https://projects.eclipse.org/api/projects
