Unable to run CI tasks in Oniro / gitlab runner deregistered ?

Oniro-core CI pipelines time out. eclipse/oniro-core/oniro!1 (closed)

Steps to reproduce

Run the pipeline. Do MR, etc.

What is the current bug behavior?

There has been a timeout failure or the job got stuck. Check your timeout limits or try again

What is the expected correct behavior?

Jobs in pipeline should execute on knowing-macaque runner

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

Also, gitlab-runner logs at knowing-macaque container:
