Create GitHub repos under https://github.com/eclipse-platform

Eclipse Platform project wants to migrate the following repos to GitHub under eclipse-platform organization:

• https://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.releng.buildtools.git/
• https://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.images.git/

Can you please initialize that repo (ideally with copied content from Gerrit one) ?
