Eclipse Marketplace is not working in my laptop

Summary

Eclipse Marketplace is not opening once Eclipse is installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Eclipse(any version) in windows 10.
2. Click on Help->Eclipse Marketplace.

What is the current bug behavior?

A pop-up is displayed with an error message as "Unable to read repository at http://marketplace.eclipse.org/api/p?product=org.eclipse.epp.package.jee.product&os=win32&runtime.version=3.6.0.v20100505&client=org.eclipse.epp.mpc.core&java.version=1.7.0_07&product.version=1.3.2.20110218-0812&ws=win32. Address family not supported by protocol family: connect"

What is the expected correct behavior?

The Eclipse Marketplace window should open and let me install any plugins.
