CI Jenkins test run fails with: ERROR: Cannot resume build because FlowNode 34 for FlowHead 1 could not be loaded

Summary

Hello, lately testing of PRs for Eclipse JDT has been super flaky and has become a performance drain. A single PR some times needs to be resubmitted or Jenkins runs need to be restarted repeatedly before good reliable results show up.
