Push to Web Hosting?

Summary

Within the S-Core project, we're evaluating options for hosting. We understand the default option is a pull-based mechanism, where the Eclipse Foundation pulls from a certain GitHub branch.

Question: Is there a way for push-based approach where a GitHub Action has the permission to upload static HTML?
