Request for allow_update_branch to be changed to false in the Otterdog config for the Adoptium Infrastructure repository

Summary

I would like to change the value of the allow_update_branch key to false in https://otterdog.eclipse.org/projects/adoptium/repos/infrastructure#settings

My pr into adoptium/.eclipsefdn, though merged, has not taken affect. I think a manual change is needed
