What is the current bug behavior?
What is the expected correct behavior?
To have "manual" operations to be enabled as advertised in: https://central.sonatype.org/publish/publish-portal-api/#publish-or-drop-the-deployment.
I imagine for Verify Status of the Deployment, Publish or Drop the Deployment Jenkins credential will do, while for Manually Testing a Deployment Bundle - as the project uses Maven - additional entry in settings.xml will be needed.
