Request for Guidance on Transferring ADORe Repositories to Eclipse

Summary

I’m seeking support with migrating the ADORe project repositories from github.com/DLR-TS to github.com/eclipse-adore.

Wayne suggested I reach out separately to IT to discuss a concrete plan for transferring the repositories. The primary repository in question is DLR-TS/adore, which hosts the ROS 2 version of ADORe. It's important that we preserve its full history, including issues, pull requests, and associated Git submodules. To begin, I’d appreciate clarification on the general process and requirements for such a transfer. Wayne also mentioned that the repositories need to undergo vetting according to the Eclipse handbook and that due diligence checks must be completed.
