[Eclipse BlueChi] Enable SourceryAI for code reviews

Hi everyone,

we would like to integrate Eclipse BlueChi with the 3rd party service SourceryAI for our code reviews. I already requested installing it via GitHub. How can I get the request approved and are additional steps required (e.g. changes in .eclipsefdn repo)?
