OSSRH for MoDisco, OCL, QVTd, QVTo

AFAIAA MoDisco, OCL, QVTd, QVTo are unaffected, which is perhaps why I have no clue what this is about.

However there have been abortive attempts to publish to maven/repo.eclipse.org, so it is possible that there are relics that I am not aware of.

I very much doubt that these are useful to anybody.

Therefore I suspect that any migration can be a simple deletion.

In due course it appears that "the "Publishing By Using the Maven Plugin" may make this easy.
