https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/lyo/ seems to be a new repo combining snapshots and releases, it has outdated SNAPSHOTs, 2024-11-06: https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/lyo/org/eclipse/lyo/oslc4j/core/oslc4j-core/7.0.0-SNAPSHOT/

What is the expected correct behavior?

Repos are accessible as before the incident.
