[Eclipse AAS4J] Maven Central Release via GitHub actions

Summary

Dear support team,

Due to Jenkins not being available, we would like to set up the release pipeline to Maven Central using GitHub Actions. Would it be possible to set up the needed secrets on our GitHub Repository?
