Description

I just learned today about this site: https://cla-assistant.io/ which integrates nicely with GitHub for instance in this pull request (PR) https://github.com/coin-or/pulp/pull/438. When doing a PR people, who do not have signed the CLA already, can click directly on a link, authenticate via GitHub and sign everything with three clicks. No need to setup a separate account, very good user experience. Please let us add it to the Eclipse projects if possible.
