eclipse-ankaios: crates.io email verification

Summary

With this issue, a crate.io account was created and a token was added to the organization. Attempted to publish the Rust SDK to crates.io and got this error:

error: failed to publish to registry at https://crates.io

Caused by:
  the remote server responded with an error (status 400 Bad Request): A verified email address is required to publish crates to crates.io. Visit https://crates.io/settings/profile to set and verify your email address.

What is the current bug behavior?

The email is not verified, thus the publishing does not work.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The publishing should work.
