I cannot login with Eclipse Foundation - Issue with open-vsx.org

Summary

On my profile, clicking "Log In with Eclipse" button, It takes me to the correct page, and shows me a permissions acceptance message. I click "Yes, I authorize this request" and then it comes back to the open-vsx.org page for my profile but shows an error.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login as me, grymmjack (if you can impersonate a user)
2. Click the top right avatar icon, and click Settings.
3. Click Profile, and then click "Log In With Eclipse" button
4. Click "Yes, I authorize this request" on the Eclipse Foundation permissions page.
5. You will return to the profile page and get presented with this error: Request for retrieving user profile failed: 403 Forbidden: [no body]

What is the current bug behavior?

It does not work, says: Request for retrieving user profile failed: 403 Forbidden: [no body]

What is the expected correct behavior?

I would like it to let me login so I can publish an extension.
