Can't login to downloads page to archive old releases

Summary

I'm trying to archive old Eclipse ESCET releases, but can't seem to be logged in while being on that page.

Steps to reproduce

• I go to https://download.eclipse.org/escet/.
• I click login, and I log in.
• It takes me to my profile/account page. I'm logged in.
• I go to https://download.eclipse.org/escet/.
• I'm again not logged in.
• I click login again. I don't have to log in, but am taken to my profile page directly. I'm logged in.
• I go to https://download.eclipse.org/escet/.
• I'm again not logged in.
• Endless cycle.

I removed my entire Firefox cache, not just last month but for all time, and with all items selected. It doesn't help.

What is the current bug behavior?

I can't log in. I can't archive old releases.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I can log in. I can archive old releases.

Impact

Not urgent for me at this moment, but at some point there will be a disk space issue at the Eclipse Foundation if this isn't resolved.
