tractus-x: dockerhub and changes to pull rate limit

Summary

I'm a bit concerned that we might be affected the pull rate limit change of Dockerhub from April onwards https://docs.docker.com/docker-hub/usage/ (I noticed that a bit late). We are using this account https://hub.docker.com/u/tractusx which was created with your support #2117 (closed). I don't have any access to the account (apparently also no other Project Lead has credentials), so I can't check which kind of subscription plan we have. Do you have an idea how to proceed? Thank you!
