Upgrading TCK machines which are EOL

The operating systems on the following tck machines have reached EOL or will reach it shortly. I plan to upgrade them before the next release (15/04).

• jck-marist-rhel7-s390x-2
• jck-marist-ubuntu2004-s390x-3
• jck-osuosl-ubuntu2004-ppc64le-1
• jck-osuosl-ubuntu2004-ppc64le-2

I can provision a new instance in their respective vendor consoles. Following this I will need someone in Eclipse to set up the machines up to be tck ready.
