Related to #78 I would like to remove old download files from but I cannot login on the oomph/archive page

Summary

If I open https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/archive/download.eclipse/ee4j/jakartaee-tck/index.html and click to the https://download.eclipse.org/justj/?file=ee4j/jakartaee-tck/jakartaee11/staged/eftl page and then click on login link (https://accounts.eclipse.org/user/login/?takemeback=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.eclipse.org%2Fjustj%2F) that just brings me to my https://accounts.eclipse.org/users/smarlowsxi page as I am already logged in.

Is this a user problem with my browser settings or something else?

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/archive/download.eclipse/ee4j/jakartaee-tck/index.html
2. Click to one of links until you actually see some files listed.
3. Login
4. Look for the "move to archive" button/link on bottom and if you see it, update this issue and let me know. :-)

What is the current bug behavior?

When I click on login, I see my user page instead of the oomp/archive page with files to be examined and then archived.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I should see the "move to archive" button.

Impact

Impact is low but I'd like to reduce clutter and save some disk space by removing some old files not needed.
