Open-Source Testmanagement tool WANTED for Eclipse Tractus-X

I was just wondering if Eclipse somehow provides a hosted test management tool. Since we are looking for something like this for Eclipse Tractus-X. What we need is a way to create testcases, test plans, test execution, status aso.

Is there something which is hosted by Eclipse? Important ⇾ should be, of course, accusable for our open-source community.
