Remove unnecessary members from SDV Process Evaluation project

Summary

For the SDV WG we have a Gitlab repository: SDV WG Under this main repository, we have multiple projects and other sub-repositories as well. One of these projects is SDV-Process-Evaluation

We would like to make this project visible publicly (anyone can read all assets and anyone can raise issues but nothing more) and have only EF staff (mainly Boris, Sara and myself) to actually do things within the project (so these would be the developers, maintainers, owner, etc.) However, if you look at the members of this project you'll see a lot of them have been inherited from the upper-level repository.

Can somebody please help me:

  • remove all those members
  • leave just Boris, Sara and myself as members (with the current access levels / rights)
  • make sure the project contents and possibility to raise issues are still available publicly

As an example, the Eclipse Foundation Functional Safety Process project functions like described above.

Impact

Boris and I want to add in this project certain files that are produced by the SDV projects at the time of the release and we need to make sure nobody makes any changes to these files. These files will further be used as basis for the calculations of the SDV Maturity Badges. So, if anybody makes changes to them, the badges will not be earned fairly. Also, this is quite urgent time-wise, as we need to get the evaluations started latest end of January.
