Summary

After the conversion of some repos to a single project org (#4967 (closed)), I have no write access to repos in https://github.com/eclipse-january

Steps to reproduce

Cannot merge PRs, e.g. https://github.com/eclipse-january/january/pull/477

What is the current bug behavior?

I (GH username: PeterC-DLS) was added as a member to the new Github eclipse-january org with readonly access

What is the expected correct behavior?

I should be a maintainer or admin
