Decentralized Claims Protocol Dev Mailing list

Summary

I'm trying to create a dev mailing list for the Decentralized Claims Protocol project (https://github.com/eclipse-dataspace-dcp) here:

https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.dataspace-dcp/edit

Unfortunately, it issues an error when a try to insert a dev list name. Can someone help? Thanks.
