Github Org Limits/Plans

Hello:)

You created a github org for us, and our tests were so far successfull. But before we got some further steps, some more questions about the setup:

1. I know that a free plan in github has 2000 Runner Minutes and some limited amount of artifact storage (i think 5 GB?) is this within our org still the case? Because i cant see it:)
2. Is there a way to increase that by changing the billing plan, and if yes, how much costs would be charged then? Not sure if you have special agreements/plans or if this follows the standard plans
3. Are you able to add for us custom github runners if we would host them?
