Enable push for new docker image

Summary

I created a new docker image to be used for SWT binary builds and GTK4 (see eclipse-wg/ide-wg/ide-wg-dev-funded-efforts/ide-wg-dev-funded-program-planning-council-top-issues#38 (closed) ) but pushing the image fails.

Steps to reproduce

Run the Jenkins job

What is the current bug behavior?

+ docker push eclipse/platformreleng-debian-swtnativebuild:12
The push refers to repository [docker.io/eclipse/platformreleng-debian-swtnativebuild]
