Messages in the IoT PMC mailing list are still being displayed out of order in the archive (or not displayed at all)

In the past, messages sent by EMO to the IoT mailing list have had a history of not being saved in the ML archive. Once again PMC members are reporting not seeing EMO messages in that mailing list. Can you please check if something is out of sync? FWIW, I can see every message in the archive.
