Signed installer packages for Eclipse SUMO for macOS and Windows?

Summary

We would like to provide signed installer packages for Windows and macOS for our users. Currently, we are building unsigned installer packages (.exe for Windows and .pkg for macOS) and depending on the security configuration of the client machine, the installation might not be possible, because of the missing signatures.

Does the Eclipse infrastructure provide any tools (keys, ...) to sign Windows or macOS installer packages?
