Merge Request trouble on github : my ECA is not recognized

Summary

I'm trying to create a merge request on simrel to publish Papyrus M2 and my ECA is not recognized to accept my MergeRequest. Maybe I did something wrong, but I don't know what. Please, could you help me ?

I just installed the Eclipse ECA validation in Github, but it changed anything.

AFAIK the ECA service is running fine, and your ECA looks ok(to me).

I have a feeling it was this. We check every hour for new installations as GH needs very particular keys to action certain things in the API. This is likely a case of a generic message being passed for an error in an edge case. I've checked other PRs and they seem to be behaving now, and looking at the PR in question, it seems like you are being properly confirmed as having signed the ECA now

We have an issue already up to look into adding a hook that detects installation, though that was on hold as the current state works majority of the time. I'm hoping that we'll get time in the next few months to resolve that issue.

Have you seen any other issues with the ECA other than that initial failure? If not I'm thinking we can close this issue as we have one already open that would address this.
