Merge Request trouble on github : my ECA is not recognized

Summary

I'm trying to create a merge request on simrel to publish Papyrus M2 and my ECA is not recognized to accept my MergeRequest. Maybe I did something wrong, but I don't know what. Please, could you help me ?

I just installed the Eclipse ECA validation in Github, but it changed anything.
