before Branch, Tag and Age section on the webpage.

Since this page appears 1st while searching for a repository, moving "Clone" and "Gerrit Code Review" section at the top will be useful for new contributors ( as well as regular contributors).

Also have a link to "How to setup gerrit for a new contributor" link at the top.
