[temurin-compliance] New Linux/x64 system
Summary
Equinix are no longer providing sponsored x64 infrastructure to the temurin compliance so we need to migrate away from them. The scope of this is the following three machines:
- jck-equinix_esxi-ubuntu2204-x64-1
- jck-equinix_esxi-containerized-alpine317-x64-1
- jck-equinix_esxi-solaris10-x64-1
I have provisioned a new system jck-azure-ubuntu2204-x64-1 which we can use as a replacement for the first in the list. A replacement alpine system can be created as a docker container in the same way as on before.
The Solaris box will be a bit trickier since we previously had that hosted on a VMWare ESXi server but the licensing for that has recently been changed by Broadcom. I'm open to any suggestions from the EF infra team but my current thinking is to provision a Solaris machine using vagrant + VirtualBox on that host from an image we already have which can meet the requirements. Any thoughts on this plan are very welcome :-)

What is the current bug behavior?
We are using machines that will disappear shortly. We will have none of the above machines by the end of the month. Currently, there is no bug - this is preventative.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Replacement machines are in place and operational (and suitable for test execution)

Impact
As per the issue and summary above, we will be losing the x64 equinix machines in the next few weeks and need replacements in place.
