Summary

As part of #4336 (closed) I have refactored the EPP build to work in stages instead of all at once. I am using https://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/building/ to store the intermediary steps.

Is that location OK? Or is there a better location?
If it is OK, can you add it to the excluded directories for mirroring?

Impact

The directory has mirrored already, and I will try to avoid running a new build until this is resolved assuming it can be resolved soon enough. I need to do builds on Thursday.
