It seems that similar problems were observed recently (for example here https://github.com/eclipse/elk/issues/998).

@heurtemattes Not sure everything is correctly started. It seems we have the same problem as yesterday: #4296 (closed), ie "Our Jenkins jobs at https://ci.eclipse.org/sirius/ are stuck. It looks like there is no migration agent available".

I just cleared the build queue. Should be better now.

Thanks. This seems like a recurring issue. Is there something special/unexpected in the way we use Jenkins that we should change to improve the situation?

I confirm this is a known and recurring issue. The best that we can do for the moment is to clean up the build queue and open an issue for each problem you encounter with your jenkins instance.

The problem is present again. As consequence, PRs in progress are not validated (for example with PR 299).
