[temurin-compliance] Decomission AIX 7.1 machines

Summary

AIX 7.1 is out of support and none of the current Temurin releases will run on it as we're now building in a way that doesn't support (and in fact will crash on) AIX 7.1. Onm that basis the 7.1 machines in the temurin compliance jenkins are redundant and should be decommissioned.

Look in TC jenkins

What is the current bug behavior?

There are aix71 machines present

What is the expected correct behavior?

No AIX 7.1 systems

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

The two machines are:

• jck-skytap-aix71-ppc64-1
• jck-skytap-aix71-ppc64-2

These should be removed from jenkins and decommissioned from the skytap UI (I can do that part afterwards if desired)

Impact

In order to avoid utilising too much capacity here I'd like to get these removed before setting up some other machines and Skytap (Separate from this issue) so the sooner this can be done the better - I can action that part as soon as this is complete.
