Remove ldt-dev mailing list ?

Hi, I'm doing some cleaning on LDT project : eclipse/ldt/ldt#3

I almost finish everything I wanted to do. It remains 3 tasks/issues :

• Is it possible to remove ldt-dev mailing list ? Theorically I was thinking that keeping the archive could be a good idea but I look at it and there is nothing interesting to keep, so it could be removed to.
• What are plan about Eclipse Forum will it be deleted/replaced ? does it makes sense to make the LDT part READ-ONLY ?
• (done) ldt website seems to not be updated (#1824 (comment 1474495))
